Frédéric Sipahi

Frédéric Sipahi is the CEO of Sogefi Group.

Born in 1981, Mr. Sipahi is a French national and holds a Master’s degree in finance.

He has been working in the automotive sector since 2003, first  at PSA, then at Faurecia, holding positions of increasing responsibility in Finance and Controlling.

He joined Sogefi in 2012 as Chief Financial Officer of Air & Cooling Business Unit. In 2013, he was appointed CFO of the Engine System Business Unit, on a scope of 22 plants and 5 R&D centers in Europe, the Americas, India, and China, supporting the management of 800 M€ of Turnover and 4 500 workers.

In 2015 he was promoted General Manager of the Air & Cooling Business Unit, and is leading the division turnaround, achieving a significant performance improvement, both in terms of increased profitability and free cash flow generation. He also achieved positive results in 2020, despite the extraordinary context. He has also refocused the division’s product strategy, by effectively positioning it towards new technologies.

Since 2019, he has expanded his responsibilities as General Manager of Air & Cooling and Filtration, also leading the Filtration Division, where he has launched major rationalization and efficiency improvement programs.

Frédéric Sipahi est le Directeur Général du Groupe Sogefi.

Né en 1981, M. Sipahi est de nationalité française et titulaire d'un Master en Finance.

Il travaille depuis 2003 dans le secteur automobile, d'abord chez PSA, puis chez Faurecia, occupant des postes de responsabilités croissantes en finance et contrôle de gestion.

Il a rejoint Sogefi en 2012 en tant que Directeur Financier d'Air & Cooling. En 2013, il est nommé Directeur Financier de la Business Unit Engine System sur un périmètre de 22 usines et 5 centres de R&D en Europe, Amériques, Inde et Chine, représentant 800 M€ de CA et 4 500 collaborateurs.

En 2015, il a été promu Directeur Général de la Business Unit Air & Cooling, et dirige le redressement de la division, tout en réalisant une amélioration significative de la performance, à la fois en termes d'augmentation de la rentabilité et de génération de flux de trésorerie disponibles. En 2020, malgré le contexte extraordinaire, les résultats restent positifs.  Il a également réorienté la stratégie produit de la division, en la positionnant efficacement vers les nouvelles technologies.
Depuis 2019, il a élargi ses responsabilités en tant que Directeur Général d’Air & Cooling et Filtration, dirigeant également la division Filtration, où il a lancé d'importants programmes de rationalisation et d'amélioration de l'efficacité.
