Fluid Filtration Systems


Sogefi produces a comprehensive range of filter products including oil, petrol, diesel fuel, air and cabin air filters for the Original Equipment and Original Equipment Spares markets, and the Independent Aftermarket. Moreover, Sogefi manufactures complete filtration modules as ‘first-time fit‘ for Original Equipment Manufacturers of motorcycles, three-wheelers, cars and heavy duty vehicles - applications for which Sogefi has developed extensive expertise.

Over many years, Sogefi has introduced major technological innovations in its filtration systems.
For example, the Sogefi pleating technology known as ’Chevron pleat‘ gives even the smallest filter element improved efficiency and performance. Furthermore, to offer best-in-class filtration performance and protection for new turbocharged smaller direct injection engines, the “Chevron pleat” has been recently combined with the use of 100% synthetic media.

One of Sogefi’s more recent innovations is Diesel3Tech™ technology, which employs three filtering layers; considerably improving the protection of modern diesel fuel injection systems.
Sogefi has also recently started the production of a new engine oil filtration module whereby the metal casting has been replaced with plastic. This new technology, which builds on existing ECO designs, achieves higher reliability levels with lower environmental impact thanks to its lighter weight and more eco-friendly raw materials.

The Original Equipment filtration modules designed and manufactured by Sogefi, however, offer more than just engine and vehicle protection. They also provide complete fluid management through the complex system integration of valves, sensors, and heating and cooling equipment.

Sogefi has received a number of industry awards including ’Supplier of the Year‘ and ’Favourite Supplier‘ by major vehicle manufacturers in recognition of the high quality standards of its products.
