Accessibility

What does accessibility mean?

Accessibility applied to websites and technologies means that they are designed and developed to allow people with disabilities to use and take advantage of their functionalities. The ability of information systems to provide accessible digital products and services, without discrimination even for those who need assistive technologies or special configurations, is key to designing a satisfying and inclusive user experience. Specifically, by developing accessible technologies, users can perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with digital products. Additionally, accessibility often benefits all users, as it can be summarized as the practice of making a website or digital tool easily usable by as many people as possible.

Our actions for a more accessible website

We firmly believe that the Internet should be available and accessible to everyone, and we are committed to providing a website accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstances and abilities. To this end, we aim to adhere as strictly as possible to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. Adhering to these guidelines helps us ensure that the website is accessible to people who are blind, have motor disabilities, are visually impaired, have cognitive disabilities, and more.
