The Company, pursuant to the Italian Stock Exchange Regulations, will not publish the interim report for the last quarter 2012 since it will make available to the public the 2012 annual financial report together with the other documents referred to in Article 154-ter, paragraph 1, of the Consolidated Law on Financial within 90 days of the close of the relevant financial year.
